Andrew is the co-founder and CEO of Tribute.co, a platform with 5,000,000+ users that The New Yorker hails as “Hallmark 2.0.” The business was recently ranked #256 on the INC500 list of the fastest growing companies in the country. Previously, Andrew started an award winning non-profit venture called Dreams for Kids DC and won the Mayor’s Community Service Award for his leadership there.
In addition to leading companies, Andrew is a certified coach and facilitator who supports mission driven entrepreneurs to build the life and business of their dreams. He is a trained communication strategist who frequently coaches CEOs on the creation of TED talks and investor presentations. In 2017, Andrew started the Junto, “A not-so-secret-club for the exploration of modern manhood and personal transformation” and leads monthly men’s retreats around the USA.
Andrew has been featured on TED.com, frequently speaks for Fortune500 companies and top-tier conferences on the new standard for leadership communication and how to win buy-in for your priority projects. He hosts a top rated podcast called “What’s the Big Idea” , is a proud papa to Hiro, husband to bad ass entrepreneur Miki Agrawal and will be releasing his first book “Social Flow” in 2022.
