This is a half-day training to introduce you to the core ideas and skills behind Relational Leadership. It’s designed for leaders who want to build trust, improve communication, and create stronger team cultures.

Coming with others from your team or organization can make this even more impactful. It’s a great way to kick off deeper conversations about how you work together and how you lead.

You’ll leave with practical tools to turn criticism and complaints into clear communication and connection. You’ll also get a deeper understanding of why Relational Leadership matters, and what it costs when it’s missing.

What to Expect

  • We start at 12:00 PM CT sharp

  • Two 90-minute live sessions, with 15-minute breaks in between

  • One 30–60-minute closing session (focused on Q&A)

  • The format is highly interactive. You’re encouraged to ask questions, participate, and bring real situations into the conversation

Who It’s For

This training is for business leaders. It’s not for coaches or folks who aren’t in formal leadership roles.

Co-Ed Environment: This workshop welcomes leaders of all genders and backgrounds.

How It Works

  • You’ll be asked to keep your video on for the full session (except during breaks or if you need to step away)

  • Group signups are limited to 5 people per company

Refund Policy

You can cancel up to 7 days before the training for a full refund. We can’t offer refunds within 7 days of the event.

What We Cover in the Webinar

Authenticity with Objectivity and Positive Intent
Learn why authenticity isn’t always a virtue on its own. You’ll learn how to separate facts from stories so your communication stays honest and constructive, even in high-stakes moments.

The Drama Triangle and Taking Full Responsibility
This model shows how we give away our power by falling into 3C patterns like criticizing, complaining, or compensating. You’ll learn how to shift out of drama and into more effective roles like the Challenger, Creator, and the Coach.

The Clearing Model
Tension and resentment don’t have to linger. This simple, practical tool helps you address conflict directly—with curiosity, care, and clarity. Use it to repair trust, reconnect with peers, and move forward with real solutions.

The 5A’s and Making Clear Requests
This model gives you a simple, effective way to ask for what you need. It helps you communicate requests in a way that makes it easier for others to understand, agree to, and follow through on the changes or actions you're asking for.

You’ll Also Learn the 5 Core Skills of Relational Leadership, Known as I.I.C.A.N.:

Introspection – What am I thinking and feeling about this person or situation?
Learn how to connect with yourself first, so you can lead from clarity instead of reactivity.

Intentionality – How do I want to show up? What outcome do I want to create?
Stop reacting. Start responding with purpose.

Curiosity – What do I want to understand?
Let go of assumptions and ask the kinds of questions that build real understanding.

Authenticity – What’s true for me that’s worth sharing?
Learn to communicate your truth with objectivity and positive intent.

Now – What can I control in this moment? How can I be more present?
Build the skill of executive presence.
